5. Completion of all pending cases regarding undisputed inheritance rights by district officials and other officers.

• Jamabandi/Fard: Contains essential land record details such as owner’s name, cultivator’s name, Khasra number, land area, region, crop details, lease details, etc.
• Khasra Number: Unique identifier assigned to specific plots or survey numbers of agricultural land by the state government.
• Khata/Khewat Number: Numerical designation given to groups of owners who possess portions of land under different Khasra numbers.
• Khatauni Number: Distinct identifier for cultivators who cultivate land portions associated with various Khasra numbers.
