  • Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MoMSME).
  • Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).
  • Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance (MoF).

Benefits of PM Vishwakarma Yojana 2024

  • Recognition: Artisans will receive recognition as Vishwakarma through a Certificate and ID Card.
  • Skilling: Candidates will undergo skill verification followed by 5-7 days (40 hours) of Basic Training. Additionally, they can opt for 15 days (120 hours) of Advanced Training. A training stipend of ₹500 per day will be provided.
  • Toolkit Incentive: A grant of ₹15,000 will be provided for the acquisition of toolkits.
  • Credit Support: Collateral-free Enterprise Development Loans of ₹1,00,000 (First Tranche for 18 months repayment) and ₹2,00,000 (Second Tranche for 30 months repayment) will be offered. The beneficiary will be charged a concessional rate of interest at 5%, with an interest subvention cap of 8% borne by MoMSME. Credit guarantee fees will be covered by the Government of India.
  • Incentive for Digital Transactions: ₹1 per transaction will be provided for a maximum of up to 100 transactions per month.
  • Marketing Support: The National Committee for Marketing (NCM) will offer services such as Quality Certification, Branding and Promotion, e-commerce Linkage, Trade Fair Advertising, Publicity, and Other Marketing Activities.

Online – Via CSCs
(i) Eligible beneficiaries must enroll through the nearest CSC in their area.
(ii) Beneficiaries can apply independently or with the assistance of CSCs through Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) or Enumerators.

Step 1: Visit the Official Portal of “PM Vishwakarma” and click “Login” on the top right corner. Then select “CSC – Register Artisans”.
Step 2: On the “Registration Now” Page, answer a set of questions as Yes/No, and click “Continue”. Proceed to the “Aadhaar Verification” Page, and enter the 6-digit OTP received on the Aadhaar-linked Mobile Number. Click “Continue”. Then, enter your Aadhaar Number and Aadhaar Registered Mobile Number. Click “Continue”.

Application:
Step 1: Visit the nearest CSC and complete the Biometric Verification Process.
Step 2: Fill in all mandatory details in the Online Application Form and click “Submit”. Note down the “Application Number” displayed on the next screen for future reference. Click “Done”.

Verification:
Stage 1: Eligibility verification at the Gram Panchayat or ULB level.
